  5. In what ways will you encourage other Realtors® to sell my home?
  6. Do you have a system to follow-up on other agents so that we get valuable feedback after each showing?
  7. How many properties have you sold within the past 6 months? 90 days? 30 days?
  8. Do you have references that I may check? (Sellers who are currently or have been listed with them.)
  9. Are you associated with a national referral network that refers their buyers to you so that you can refer me to the top agent in the town or state I may be moving to?
  10. Are you on the Internet exposing my property to millions of buyers instantly? Do you have a Web Site? Does your company have a Web Site?
  11. How many Search Engines are you on?  How will you get my home on the most search engines?
  12. What is my property worth? What listing price do you recommend? How did you arrive at that price?
